All of our offices provide their clients with a wide variety of assistive hearing devices to help with problems hearing the television, difficulty hearing on the telephone or cell phone. We also provide hearing protection for outdoorsman, musicians and for your work environment. FM systems for school, home, church, theatre are available for order. Please ask us about this option.

Fresh RayoVac batteries for your hearing aid are available in all sizes and packages of 4, 8 or 16. We would be happy to mail the batteries to you upon request.

As you get older, ear wax can harden and become even more difficult to remove. Because it can seriously diminish hearing, excess ear wax can lead to other serious social and physical problems. Fortunately, the solution may be as simple as clearing the ear canal of the impacted wax.

If you try to remove excessive ear wax by using cotton swabs, fingernails, or other small instruments (especially in a hearing aid), you are likely to just push it farther down, making it even harder to remove.

At this counseling session, you will have an opportunity to discuss with a Licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist your specific degree of hearing loss. Minor repairs to most makes of hearing aids are handled on site by your hearing professional. Hearing aids requiring major repair will be sent to the factory for a warranty repair.

Our offices use a MedRx Video Otoscope. This is a camera and monitor system that provides optimum image quality when looking at the ear canal and eardrum. The sytem provides the very best visual image of the eardrum that even the patient can view.
